Plan/Future Land Use
Plan/Future Land Use – Mixed Residential Zoning allows for these permitted uses:
- Vertical Development- Residential and/or office above and commercial uses at street level
- Horizontal Development as a planned development (planned mixed development designed to integrate complementary land.
- Land Uses- residential, commercial, office, park, civic and open space
- Low, Medium & High density residential uses are allowed- 3 to 40 dwelling units per net residential acre
